When you inquire, you may share your names, email address, a callback phone number, wedding date, location, service interest, budget information, and any plans or questions you choose to include.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability, prepare a proposal, and coordinate a consultation. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Services involved
Inquiry details are processed through Cloudflare, delivered to the Junoa Weddings team by email, and saved in our access-controlled wedding inquiry workspace hosted on Fly.io. We use that workspace to track conversations and proposals, retain campaign labels, and link consultation booking, rescheduling, and cancellation updates. A backup copy is retained for up to 180 days so we can recover an inquiry if email delivery has a problem. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from spam. After a successful inquiry, you can open Cal.com’s booking page to schedule an availability call. An inquiry reference links the booking to your inquiry. Vimeo provides embedded film playback; some films start muted automatically, subject to browser settings and reduced-motion or data-saving preferences.
Those services process information under their own privacy terms. Only share information that is relevant to your wedding inquiry.
Cookies and measurement
With your permission, Junoa Weddings uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site visits and interaction events, such as inquiry clicks and completed inquiries. If you allow advertising, we use the Meta Pixel to measure page views and send a Lead event after an inquiry is accepted. We do not send your names, email address, wedding details, budget, or message as analytics event parameters.
Use the Privacy button in the corner to open cookie choices. You can accept all optional cookies, reject them, or use Preferences to choose analytics and advertising separately. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can at any time. Withdrawing advertising permission reloads the page to stop further Pixel activity.
Campaign labels such as source, campaign, and ad ID may be retained with an inquiry so we can understand which ads led to a conversation. They are not added to your public inquiry URL.
